我们的目标，是让华人用户可以更直观地发布、浏览和联系房地产相关信息，同时让专业经纪人能够通过公开主页、房源和文章展示自己的专业能力。

US Zhaofang Tong is a real estate and business-for-sale classifieds portal serving Chinese-speaking communities across the United States.
Starting with New York City, Queens, and surrounding markets, the Platform provides residential rentals, properties for sale, commercial real estate, businesses for sale, verified real estate professionals, and real estate-related articles and information. Coverage may expand to additional U.S. markets over time.
Our goal is to make real estate information easier to publish, browse, and understand, while giving qualified real estate professionals a professional public presence through profiles, listings, and articles.

Our Role
US Zhaofang Tong is an information and advertising platform. We are not acting as a real estate brokerage, landlord, seller, buyer, lender, law firm, inspector, or party to any transaction unless expressly stated otherwise.
We do not independently verify every property, business, price, license, lease, revenue figure, or transaction term. Users should perform appropriate identity verification, professional consultation, inspections, and due diligence before making payments, signing documents, or entering into any transaction.
