We may reject or discontinue advertisements that contain:
- False, deceptive, or unsubstantiated claims
- Unlawful or fraudulent products or services
- Discriminatory housing language
- Unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material
- Content unrelated to the Platform’s audience
- Sexual, violent, hateful, illegal, dangerous, or otherwise inappropriate material
- False claims of government, professional, licensing, or third-party affiliation.
Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds
- Advertising begins only after creative material, links, dates, and payment are confirmed
- Campaigns canceled before launch may be eligible for a refund
- Once a campaign begins, charges for elapsed campaign time are generally non-refundable
- If a campaign cannot run due to a material Platform technical failure, we may extend the campaign or refund the unused portion
- Advertising removed for violating Platform rules may not be eligible for a refund
- We do not guarantee impressions, clicks, inquiries, leads, sales, rentals, or transactions.
